Covarx Corporation was founded in 2003 and is privately owned by Steve Douglas.

Steve Douglas, President

Steve brings 30 years of experience in designing and building custom transducers for both foreign and domestic customers. He specializes in the innovative application of science and ultrasound to design and build complex transducers. Throughout his career, he has consistently stayed directly involved with the design and manufacturing processes. In addition to developing specialized transducers, Steve has also had a recent focus on breast imaging transducers. At Covarx, Steve welcomes new opportunities and challenges to design custom transducers to suit customers needs.
